2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your current billing period.

2.2 Free Trial Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period (if applicable), no charges will be made to your payment method. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the trial period.

3. Credit Purchases

3.1 Credit Refunds

Credits purchased for document processing are non-refundable once they have been added to your account, except in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent the delivery of our services.
  • Incorrect charging or billing errors.
  • Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 24 hours).

3.2 Unused Credits

Unused credits do not expire and will remain available in your account for future use, provided your account remains active.

  3. Include transaction details (date, amount, payment method)

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • The credits or services have already been utilized.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service have occurred.
  • The refund is requested due to changes in business needs or user preferences rather than service issues.
